Project Brief Description:
This project is a pre-engineered steel structure warehouse built for a television factory in Algeria. The building is designed to support workshop and warehouse functions, providing practical space for production support, material storage, equipment handling, and daily industrial operations.
The main steel structure uses Q345B / Q235B steel, with surface treatment options including two coats of mid-grey paint or hot-dip galvanizing according to the client’s requirements. The roof and wall system can be configured with galvanized steel sheets, alum-zinc coating steel panels, fiberglass wool insulation, EPS panels, or PU sandwich panels, helping the building meet different needs for durability, insulation, and cost control.
The building size was customized according to the customer’s requirements, and the project can be equipped with aluminum alloy windows, sliding doors, or other door and window systems based on site conditions. With a designed service life of around 50 years, this project reflects KXD’s ability to provide durable and customized steel structure warehouse solutions for overseas industrial clients.
