Project Brief Description:
This project is a steel structure building for a water plant located in Ethiopia. The building was designed to support water treatment, storage, equipment operation, and related utility functions. KXD provided a prefabricated steel structure solution suitable for industrial and infrastructure-related applications, helping the client achieve a durable, efficient, and easy-to-install building system.
The main structure uses Q355B / Q235B steel, with surface treatment options including two coats of mid-grey paint or hot-dip galvanizing, according to the client’s project requirements. The roof and wall system can be configured with galvanized color steel sheets, aluminized zinc coating color steel sheets, or sandwich panels, while insulation materials such as glass fiber, rock wool, or PU can be selected based on thermal and project performance needs.
The building system is designed as a pre-engineered / prefabricated steel structure building, suitable not only for water plant projects, but also for workshops, warehouses, storage buildings, sheds, hangars, offices, supermarkets, exhibition halls, and hotels. Doors and windows can be customized with aluminum alloy windows, sliding doors, electric roller shutter doors, or other options required by the customer.
With a designed building lifetime of around 50 years, this Ethiopia water plant project reflects KXD’s ability to provide customized steel structure buildings for overseas infrastructure and industrial clients.
