Project Brief Description:

This project is a steel structure building for a corn processing plant located in Angola. The building was designed to support agricultural processing, material handling, storage, and daily production operations. KXD provided a prefabricated steel structure solution using a portal frame steel system, which is suitable for industrial plants, workshops, warehouses, sheds, and office-related functional areas.

The main structure uses Q235B / Q355B carbon steel, with section columns and C/Z galvanized steel purlins to ensure reliable structural performance. The wall and roof system can be configured with steel sheets or sandwich panels, depending on project requirements for insulation, durability, and budget control. Surface treatment options include painting or galvanizing, and the painting color can be customized according to the customer’s requirements.

For this project, KXD supported key processing services such as bending, welding, decoiling, cutting, and punching, helping ensure accurate component fabrication and smooth on-site assembly. Design support can also include 3D model, PKPM, and Tekla model, allowing the customer to better understand the structure before production and installation.
