Project Brief Description:
This project is a large-scale PEB steel structure garment processing plant located in Ethiopia, with a total project area of approximately 100,000 square meters. The project was developed as an integrated industrial production base for garment manufacturing, combining production workshops, office space, staff accommodation, and supporting living facilities within one complete steel structure building system.
The project includes two garment workshops, an office building, a staff dormitory, and a light steel villa, reflecting a comprehensive industrial park-style layout. As the main production buildings, the garment workshops require large internal space, efficient circulation, stable structural performance, and practical enclosure systems to support daily manufacturing operations, equipment arrangement, material flow, and workforce management.
The primary steel structure adopts welded H-section steel, treated with primer and facing anti-rust painting, as well as fireproof coatings to improve durability and safety performance. The secondary frame uses galvanized purlins, with roof and wall supports forming a complete secondary structural system for reliable enclosure and installation stability.
For the roof system, the project uses color-coated corrugated steel sheet + EVA + steel mesh, providing a practical and lightweight roofing solution for large industrial buildings. The wall system adopts exterior and interior color-coated corrugated steel sheets with fiberglass wool insulation, helping improve enclosure performance and interior working conditions. In addition, glass curtain wall decoration is used in selected areas to enhance the building’s exterior appearance and create a more modern industrial image.
