To prepare an accurate project quotation, KXD’s engineering team requires the following minimum information: the building’s intended length, width, and height (or clear span and eave height requirements); the intended use or occupancy type (e.g., manufacturing plant, processing facility, industrial park); local wind speed and snow load data for the project site; and any preliminary drawings, site plans, or reference specifications you have available. If structural drawings are not yet prepared, our design team can assist with concept layout based on your site dimensions and operational brief.

KXD uses Gr Q235 and Q345 structural steel as the primary material for all steel frame industrial buildings. Web width ranges from 7 to 28 mm and plate thickness from 5 to 28 mm, covering the full range from light steel frame applications to heavy-load industrial structures. Material grade selection and section sizing are determined during the engineering stage based on your specific load requirements, span dimensions, and applicable local design code.

Yes. Crane beam brackets, crane runway beams, and reinforced column details can be incorporated into the primary steel frame design where overhead crane operation is a project requirement. The crane capacity, span, and hook height need to be confirmed at the engineering stage so that the appropriate structural provisions can be designed into the primary frame from the outset rather than retrofitted. Please include crane specifications in your initial project brief when requesting a quotation.

KXD’s manufacturing facility holds CE certification to EN1090, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. All structural welding is executed to GB50661-2011 standard (mechanically equivalent to AWS D1.1), with WPQR documentation on file. Shot blasting is performed to SA 2.5 standard. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV, or ITS can be arranged at any stage of fabrication upon client request. Full material traceability documentation is maintained throughout production and is available for review.

KXD provides three levels of after-sale support for international steel frame industrial building projects: online technical support via the project engineering team; on-site installation supervision by KXD-dispatched technicians for projects where direct guidance is required; and on-site training for client-engaged installation crews who will execute the erection independently. A standby erection team of 5 to 10 qualified field technicians is maintained for international deployment. The erection timeline depends on building size, structural complexity, number of workers engaged, and site access conditions, and will be discussed during the project planning phase.
