Project Brief Description:
This project is a prefabricated steel structure sports hall designed for indoor tennis courts, gymnasiums, training centers, and multi-purpose stadium facilities. The building uses a high-strength welded H-section steel frame, providing a wide and open indoor space suitable for sports activities, audience areas, equipment storage, and supporting service zones.
The main steel frame can be made of Q345 / S355JR / Gr50 or Q235 / S235JR steel, with straight cross-section or variable cross-section design according to span, height, and load requirements. The structure can be designed as single-slope, double-slope, or multi-slope, and can also support single-span, double-span, or multi-span layouts for different sports hall sizes.
For roof and wall systems, the project can use single-color corrugated steel sheets or insulated sandwich panels with EPS, rock wool, glass wool, or PU insulation. Panel thickness options include 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, and 200mm, allowing the building to meet different requirements for insulation, sound control, and indoor comfort.
The wall and roof purlins use C section or Z section channels, with sizes ranging from C80–C300 and Z100–Z300. The bracing system can use X-type or V-type bracing made from angle steel, round bar, or other suitable steel members to improve structural stability.
To support daily operation, the building can be equipped with UPVC / PVC windows or aluminum alloy windows with glass, exterior sliding doors or roller shutter doors, internal EPS sandwich panel doors, skylight panels, ventilation systems, gutters, rainspouts, fasteners, and other accessories.
The steel surface can be treated by shot blasting Sa2.5, two layers of anti-rust painting, or galvanizing. Main connections use high-strength bolts, intensive bolts, and self-drilling screws, helping improve installation efficiency and structural reliability.
