This project is a large steel structure workshop building designed for rubber tire processing and industrial production use. As a factory workshop, the building needs to provide reliable structural strength, practical internal space, and durable enclosure performance to support daily manufacturing, equipment operation, material handling, and storage requirements.
The building system can be customized according to project width, length, and height, and supports different structural layouts such as single slope, double slope, multi-slope, single span, double-span, multi-span, single-floor, double-floor, and multi-floor configurations. The main steel frame uses Q345 / Q235 structural steel, with welded H-section steel components finished by painting or galvanizing, helping improve structural stability and long-term durability.
For the roof and wall enclosure, the project can use corrugated steel sheets or insulated sandwich panels such as EPS, rock wool, glass wool, or PU panels, depending on the factory’s insulation, fire resistance, ventilation, and cost requirements. The building can also be equipped with UPVC/PVC or aluminum alloy windows, sliding doors or roller shutter doors, skylight panels, ventilation systems, gutters, downpipes, and high-strength bolt connections.
