To begin, KXD’s team requires the following: the planned building dimensions (length, width, and eave height), the target flock capacity (number of birds per house), the bird species and farming method (broiler floor, broiler cage, or layer cage), the local wind speed and snow load data, and any preliminary site drawings if available. Yes. KXD can supply the steel structure building independently if the client already has an equipment supplier or prefers to source equipment separately. However, KXD’s recommended approach is the integrated turnkey supply, as structure-equipment co-design ensures that ventilation opening positions, equipment mounting rails, manure channel dimensions, and electrical routing are all coordinated from the structural design stage. This avoids costly site modifications during equipment installation.

The integrated environment control system monitors and regulates temperature, humidity, and CO₂ levels in real time.
