General Information 



(1) The cold room warehouse installation cold chain logistics cold storage insulation panel is made of polyurethane panel with double-sided color steel plate 100mm, low temperature cold storage 150mm, PIR panel series B1 flame retardant.

 

(2) The cold storage doors are respectively single-opening electric sliding doors, cold storage manual sliding doors, simple sliding doors (fire resistance), all adopt double-sided 0.8mm stainless steel metal sheet, PIR series B1 flame retardant.

 

(3) The refrigeration equipment of cold chain logistics cold storage (low temperature cold storage) adopts Germany made Bitzer semi-closed three-parallel screw unit, total cooling capacity: 816kw, single power: 518kw, new environmentally friendly refrigerant R507C, air cooler evaporators adopts Luve single side blowing.

 

(4) The temperature electric control box is fully automatic operation, three-level management authority, Kunlun touch screen, Siemens PLC, Schneider air switch and AC contactor, including the temperature display at the entrance of the library.


The general introduction of logistic cold room warehouse 

 (1) Built with low-temperature tunnels, closed platforms and equipped with electric sliding refrigerated doors, anti-collision flexible sealing ports, platform height adjustment devices (lifting platforms), the realization of "door-to-door" loading and unloading operations has become a symbol of modern logistics cold room storage .

(2) With frequent cargo entering in and out and large throughput, a special tally room (area) is set up according to the needs of production and operation. The temperature in the tally area is generally controlled at the temperature 0~+7℃.

The temperature control range of the warehouse is wide, and the selection and layout of the cooling equipment and the design of the wind speed field are suitable for the refrigeration requirements of a variety of goods. (4) Establish a complete computer network system to make the refrigeration supply chain distribution management scientific and achieve food safety traceability. (5) The refrigerated and refrigerated storage method has begun to transform to shelf-type and palletized, so as to realize the management of goods according to the principle of "first in, first out", which is conducive to improving the quality of commodity storage and reducing losses.

(6) The three-dimensional automatic cold storage adopts computer management, which can realize the loading and unloading and stacking in the storage, the temperature control of the storage, and the operation of refrigeration equipment are fully automated, without any operator in the storage. Using computer management, it can provide the name, quantity, location and temperature history of the stocked goods at any time, automatic settlement of storage costs and invoicing, etc., which improves management efficiency and greatly reduces management personnel.

The construction of steel structure workshop (also called steel hall) is mainly divided into the following parts:

Embedded parts to stabilize the structure of the complete plant

Columns as primary steel members are generally H section welded steel coating with epoxy or alkyds paint for corrosion resistance 

For beams as primary steel members, generally H section welded steel are used. The height of the middle ridge is determined according to the span of the beam. 

Purlin as secondary steel members: C-shaped galvanized steel and Z-shaped galvanized steel are generally used.

Supports and braces are usually round steel coating anti-corrosion paint.

Roof and wall cladding system. The first one is a single separate tile (PPGI tile) without insulation layer. The second type is sandwich composite panel.  Polyurethane, glass wool, rock wool and EPS are sandwiched between the two layers of color-coated metal sheet to play the role of warming in winter and cooling in summer, and also has the effect of sound insulation and fire prevention. 

The main advantages of steel structure workshop are:

Light weight, high strength and large span:                 

Although the density of steel is higher than other building materials, its strength is very high. Under the same force, the steel structure has a small dead weight and can be made into a structure with a larger span.

Short construction time:                  

the structural parts of the plant are mainly produced in the factory and prefabricated, and then installed on the site. The erected work is convenient and the construction is convenient.

High fire resistance: 

When the surface temperature of the steel is within 150℃, its strength changes little. When the temperature exceeds 150℃, its strength decreases significantly. Generally, fire retardant coatings are applied to the surface of steel structures to form a protective film to increase the fire resistance limit of the components. Of course, the reasonable division of fire compartments and the use of fire shutters are also very important.

Sound insulation and heat preservation:                  

Fill the metal roof with sound insulation material (usually glass wool, EPS, rock wool, polyurethane), or add heat insulation reflective paint on the metal tile surface.
