General Information 


This food cold storage is including chiller room, freezer room and blast freezer, area is 2500 Sq.m, and volume is 8000 CBM. The temperature of freezer room is -25℃, chiller temperature is 4~8℃, blast freezer temperature is -30℃, the compressor type is semi hermetic, evaporator is Tianyicool brand. 


Cam-lock PU panel: 


The structure of the cam lock panel(eccentric hook type) is a polyurethane sandwich panel made with traditional molds, which is embedded the eccentric hook in the mould around the sandwich panel when produce, convenient assembly, and generally applicable to small or medium-sized cold storage. 

Core material is Polyurethane sandwich material 

Double side : galvanized steel metal sheet, stainless steel, embossed aluminum


Fast-fit PUR panel:


The core material of PUR insulation panel is a product of polyisocyanate and polyether type or polyester type polyol in a certain proportion of the reaction.

PU Sandwich Panel (Polyurethane Sandwich Panel )is composed of 2 layers of weather-proof colored steel sheets and jetted the hard forms of polyurethane between 2 layers which feature fireproof materials. It is suitable for the various roofs and walls referring to the large-size factory buildings, storage, exhibition halls, gymnasiums, freezing stores, purification workshops, etc, which features temp-keeping, heat insulation, weight-bearing, weatherproof with the rich colorfulness and good appearance.

It can be widely used as the structural material and heatproof material in petroleum industry, chemical industry, construction, packing, refrigeration, military industry, space industry, aviation, transportation, industrial model design and so on.

PIR/PUR/PU Polyurethane Wall/Roof Sandwich Panel for Cold Room/Storage/Prefab HousePIR/PUR/PU Polyurethane Wall/Roof Sandwich Panel for Cold Room/Storage/Prefab House are expanded plastics produced as a result of a polyaddition reaction with isocyanates in the presence of activating and stabilizing agents. As the blowing agent we use a traditional hydrocarbon - pentane, which is perfectly safe for the ozone layer. By using special polyester-derived polyols in polyisocyanurate (PIR/PIR+) foams, we obtain more aromatic bonds. Additionally, by means of increasing the so-called index in appropriate conditions, polyisocyanurate rings of high chemical resistance are produced. As a result, in comparison to flat rings in the PUR foam, in the PIR/PIR+ foam three-dimensional structures are obtained.

The construction of steel structure workshop (also called steel hall) is mainly divided into the following parts:

Embedded parts to stabilize the structure of the complete plant

Columns as primary steel members are generally H section welded steel coating with epoxy or alkyds paint for corrosion resistance 

For beams as primary steel members, generally H section welded steel are used. The height of the middle ridge is determined according to the span of the beam. 

Purlin as secondary steel members: C-shaped galvanized steel and Z-shaped galvanized steel are generally used.

Supports and braces are usually round steel coating anti-corrosion paint.

Roof and wall cladding system. The first one is a single separate tile (PPGI tile) without insulation layer. The second type is sandwich composite panel.  Polyurethane, glass wool, rock wool and EPS are sandwiched between the two layers of color-coated metal sheet to play the role of warming in winter and cooling in summer, and also has the effect of sound insulation and fire prevention.

Light weight, high strength and large span:                 

Although the density of steel is higher than other building materials, its strength is very high. Under the same force, the steel structure has a small dead weight and can be made into a structure with a larger span.

Short construction time:                  

the structural parts of the plant are mainly produced in the factory and prefabricated, and then installed on the site. The erected work is convenient and the construction is convenient.

High fire resistance: 

When the surface temperature of the steel is within 150℃, its strength changes little. When the temperature exceeds 150℃, its strength decreases significantly. Generally, fire retardant coatings are applied to the surface of steel structures to form a protective film to increase the fire resistance limit of the components. Of course, the reasonable division of fire compartments and the use of fire shutters are also very important.

Sound insulation and heat preservation:                  

Fill the metal roof with sound insulation material (usually glass wool, EPS, rock wool, polyurethane), or add heat insulation reflective paint on the metal tile surface.
