Due to the low stress in most sections of the uniform cross-section beam, the material is not well used, and the material utilization rate can be improved only when the axial center is stressed. Therefore, a plane truss can be used to replace a rectangular beam in the design. The plane truss is equivalent to a hollowed out beam, and the excess material in the beam is taken out, which is economical and self-weight can be reduced. It can also be developed into a space grid, and the utilization rate of materials can be greatly improved. 

 

 

 

2.3. Column network design: The column network layout is to determine the span and spacing of the columns. When the process requirements allow, it is more economical to choose a small span portal frame. Under normal circumstances, the optimal spacing of portal frames is 6m-9m. When large-tonnage cranes are installed, the economical column spacing is generally 7m-9m. It should not exceed 9m. When it exceeds 9m, roof purlins, crane beams and wall frames The amount of steel used in the system will increase accordingly, and the cost is not economical. Therefore, whether the column grid layout is reasonable has a great impact on the cost of steel structure factory buildings.

 

3. Construction and installation factors

 

The length of the construction period is also a part of the cost of the steel structure factory building in Yingxi, and the proficiency of the installation technology is the main reason for the length of the construction period. The construction of a structural factory building is a systematic project, involving a wide range of factors and many influencing factors. The construction period, policy changes, and large amount of work can all affect the cost of the steel structure factory building.
