2. When handling and loading and unloading the carved board, its length should be taken as the stress surface, and it should be handled with care to avoid collision and damage to the panel; When handling a single panel, the panel should be transported vertically to avoid deformation.

3. Pay attention to protect the surface of metal carving board during construction to avoid scratching and impact. Avoid construction when it rains. In the process of construction, we should prevent the metal carving board from contacting with water, so as to prevent the internal water from seeping out from the surface, so as to make the metal carving board surface corrosion and rust, so as to shorten its service life. Avoid using it in high temperature, high humidity and acid releasing places (such as boiler room, combustion chamber, hot spring, paper mill, etc.).

4. For railings, air conditioning wall pipes and condensate pipes protruding from the wall, the corresponding dimensions shall be reserved before the installation of the plate, and no holes shall be opened after the installation of the plate. If there are air conditioning, vent and other supporting elements on the wall surface, electric welding and other processes shall be carried out before laying wall panels and insulation materials.

5. The bottom surface of the transport tool must be flat, and the metal carving board should be fixed after horizontal loading, so as to avoid the product damage caused by too much binding of the carving board during fixation; Reduce vibration during transportation to prevent collision and rain. The environment where the engraving panel is placed should be ventilated and dry, and the site should be flat and firm.

6. When using the square wood bracket, please ensure that the carved panel will not deform; When placed in the open air, the carved panel shall be completely covered with waterproof cloth; When the metal carving board is stored, it should be far away from the high temperature and humidity area, and it should not be mixed with oil or chemicals to store corrosive materials.
