Light steel structure has been more and more widely used in pharmaceutical plants, which solves the problem that should be paid attention to in building structure, constant temperature, fire prevenetion, explosion-proof, waterprooof measures and so on.

The necessary condition of GMP refers to a clean workshop with a certain degree of cleanliness, which is characterized by the flexibility of plane and spatial layout in architectural design:

1. There are many small rooms and many doors and windows in the clean area of the warehouse of the steel structure pharmaceutical plant. The main structure should not adopt the inner wall with large thickness for bearing, and large space and long-span column grid should be adopted.

2. The material selection of the enclosure structure of the steel structure pharmaceutical workshop warehouse shall meet the requirements of thermal insulation, heat insulaiton, fire prevention, moisture-prorf and less dust production. 

3. The external wall of the explosion-proof clean workshop of the steel structure pharmaceutical workshop warehouses shall be made of light materials, with a weight of no more than 120kg per square meter to meet the explosion relief requirement.

4. In order to reduce dust and ensure air cleanliness in the warehouse of steel structure pharmaceutical plant, it is better not to set deformation joints in the plant.

5. Various pipelines are not allowed to pass through the clean area of the warehouse of the steel structure pharmaceutical plant, so it is necessary to set up a technical interlayer.
