Data show that the recovery coefficient of steel structure in the field of steel structure can reach 90%, and that of steel bar and aluminum is 50% and 95% respectively.

From the average life of steel structure of 80 years, steel structure building can realize the recovery of raw materials such as steel bar, section steel, architectural glass, aluminum, wood and so on with high recovery rate even without dismantling, thus fundamentally eliminating the surrounding construction waste. Steel structure building with recycled construction materials, reduce the happening of the construction waste, has a unique advantage in low carbon environmental protection, but domestic cognition to the steel structure industry remains limited, a lot of people think the high cost of steel structure, the popularity of the factors hampering the steel structure building, did not play its role in the field of large residential buildings.

Steel structure buildings can reduce labor intensity, reduce the monitoring of garbage, shorten the construction cycle, increase the use area, reduce earthquake disaster, reduce energy conservation and emission reduction and other requirements of construction industry modernization and new building industrialization.
