There are six main installation methods of steel structure engineering

There are six methods commonly used for the installation of steel structure engineering, namely, high-altitude bulk material method, sectional installation method, high-altitude sliding method, integral lifting method, integral lifting method and integral lifting method. Let's take a brief look at these installation methods.

First, high-altitude pieces refer to the method of assembling small pieces or pieces directly in the design position.

Second, the piecewide installation method refers to the steel structure is divided into strip or block units, respectively lifted by the lifting equipment to the design height in place, and then form the overall installation method.

Third, high-altitude slip refers to the installation method that the strip grid unit slides individually or one by one to the design position on the pre-set slide rail and splice into a whole.

Fourth, the overall lifting method refers to the construction method of lifting the grid in place with lifting equipment after the completion of the total ground spelling.

Fifth, the overall lifting method refers to the construction method that the lifting equipment is installed on the steel structure column, and the overall ground network frame is placed on the steel structure column.

Sixth, the overall jacking method is the construction method of assembling the steel structure workshop in the design position of the ground as a whole, and then jacking the grid to the design height.

Each installation method has its own characteristics and needs to be selected based on the site construction environment. When we install the grid, we need to choose the appropriate installation mode according to the actual situation.
