Everyone knows that steel is indispensable for building buildings. Would you believe me if I told you that the entire skeleton of a high-rise building is made of steel? Indeed, with the development of steel structure industry, steel structure building has been more and more widely used, high-rise buildings is a good example, but the requirements of steel structure building foundation is different from traditional buildings, KXD take you to understand, some knowledge of high-rise steel structure building foundation:
1. The foundation form of high-rise building steel structure should be determined comprehensively according to the superstructure, engineering geological conditions, construction conditions and other factors. Raft foundation, box foundation, pile foundation or composite foundation should be selected. When the bedrock is shallow and the buried depth of the foundation does not meet the requirements, rock bolt foundation should be used.
2. Steel structure high-rise buildings should be equipped with basement. Seismic fortification of the high-rise structure part of the building, the foundation buried depth should be consistent, should not use local basement.
3. The foundation buried depth of steel structure in high-rise buildings (from the outdoor floor or the bottom of the lighting well to the bottom of the cap or the bottom of the foundation) should not be less than 1H/15 when using natural foundation, and should not be less than 1H/18 when using pile foundation. Here H is the height from the outdoor floor to the cornice of the roof. When warranted, the depth of burial may be reduced.
4. When settlement joints are set between the main building and the podium, loose materials such as coarse sand should be used to fill the settlement joints below the ground to ensure reliable lateral constraints around the foundation of the main building. When there is no settlement joints, post-pouring belt should be reserved in the construction.
5. Between the high-rise steel structure and the reinforced concrete foundation or the reinforced concrete structure layer of the basement, the steel bone concrete structure layer should be set up.
6. In the frame-support system, the vertical continuous support truss should be extended to the foundation in the form of shear wall.
