2. Install connectors

3. Install the skeleton

Column installation elevation deviation should not be greater than 3㎜, axis before and after deviation should not be greater than 2㎜, about deviation should not be greater than 3㎜; Two adjacent column elevation deviation should not be greater than 3㎜, the maximum elevation deviation of the same column should not be greater than 5㎜, two adjacent vertical distance deviation should not be greater than 2㎜.

2) the connectors and gaskets at both ends of the beam should be installed in the predetermined position of the column, and the installation should be firm, and the joints should be tight; The horizontal deviation of two adjacent beams should not be greater than 1㎜. The same level elevation deviation: when a curtain wall width is less than or equal to 35 m should not be greater than 5㎜; When a curtain wall width is greater than 35m, should not be greater than 7㎜.

4. Install aluminum plates

5. Handle plate seams

6. Handle curtain wall closing

7. Handle deformation joints

The processing of deformation joints should first meet the needs of building expansion and settlement, and should also achieve decorative effect. Can often use heterosexual gold plate and neoprene belt system.

8. Clean the board
