To prepare an accurate quotation, our engineering team will need your building’s intended dimensions (length × width × eave height), its primary application (warehouse, workshop, showroom, farm facility, etc.), your site location, and local design parameters including wind speed and snow load. If you have a preliminary sketch, site plan, or existing drawings, please share them — this significantly accelerates the design and quotation process. A formal quotation is typically prepared within 3–5 working days of receiving complete information.

Standard fabrication lead time is 35–55 days from order confirmation and receipt of advance payment, depending on order volume and current production scheduling. For large-volume orders, partial shipment can be arranged to allow site preparation and early erection work to begin before the full order is complete. This is assessed case by case during the contract discussion stage.

Yes. KXD maintains a team of 5–10 qualified erection supervisors available for international deployment. For most projects, we provide detailed erection drawings and technical guidance to support your local construction crew. For selected project types, a full turnkey erection contract — covering supervision through to structural completion — can be arranged. Erection scope and cost are quoted separately from the steel fabrication contract.

All PEB steel buildings fabricated by KXD are produced under ISO 9001:2015 quality management protocols and CE EN1090 structural steel execution certification. Structural welding conforms to GB50661-2011 (equivalent to AWS D1.1). Full material traceability documentation — from steel mill certificate to finished member dispatch — is available as standard. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV, or ITS can be arranged at any stage of fabrication at the client’s request. Our facility has also successfully completed multiple SGS-inspected export projects without major non-conformance findings.

Yes. KXD’s engineering team can design and document PEB structures to comply with multiple international structural standards, including AISI, ASTM, BS, Eurocode-compatible detailing, JIS, and GB, depending on your country’s regulatory requirements. Where a local structural engineer’s stamp is required for building permit submission, we provide the full structural calculation package, shop drawings, and 3D models to facilitate that process. Buyers in Australia, the USA, EU member states, Japan, and Gulf Cooperation Council countries have successfully used KXD’s documentation packages for local authority submission.
