Yes. KXD holds CE certification under EN1090 and designs structures to multiple international standards on request, including Eurocode, AISC, AS/NZS, and GB standards. The applicable standard is confirmed at the engineering stage based on the buyer’s project location and local permitting requirements. All structural welding meets GB50661-2011, which is functionally equivalent to AWS D1.1, and welds are open to third-party inspection.

Clear span capability depends on the structural system selected — portal frame, trussed frame, or multi-bay configuration — and is determined through structural analysis based on your site’s wind and snow load conditions. KXD’s engineering team will assess your aircraft type and propose the appropriate structural system. Roof and wall cladding is available as single-skin steel sheeting or composite sandwich panels with a core of EPS, glasswool, rockwool, or PU, in thicknesses ranging from 50 to 100 mm. The insulation specification is selected based on the project’s thermal performance target, local climate conditions, and budget. For sites with high humidity or coastal salt exposure, hot dip galvanized secondary steel and epoxy-coated primary members are recommended as corrosion protection upgrades.

KXD provides free technical support throughout the project and can dispatch experienced erection technicians for on-site installation guidance or full erection supervision, depending on the project scope and buyer’s preference. Installation drawings and 3D models are supplied as part of the standard engineering package to support the buyer’s local erection crew. Factory workshop visits are also available prior to order placement for buyers conducting pre-order due diligence.
