1. First of all, check whether the installation conditions are available, and enter the construction site in an orderly manner when conditions permit.

2. When entering the construction site, first check the foundation according to the drawings, check whether the anchor bolts are off-axis, and whether the axis distance size is correct.

3. After the basic inspection is qualified, install the steel column and straighten it to ensure that the next installation can be carried out normally, and the support between the columns should be carried out at the same time.

4. After the steel column is installed as a whole, tie rods or frame beams should be used for connection to ensure its stability.

5. As shown in the drawings, the steel beams are assembled on the ground into a single beam unit. After all the assembly is completed, hoisting is carried out. If conditions permit, it can be carried out in multiple steps.

6. When the first beam unit is installed, use the cable to fix it. After the second beam unit is installed and connected with a tie rod to ensure stability, then untie the cable and install it later. Each time a frame is installed, it must be fixed with a tie rod at the same time.

7. After the beams and tie rods have been installed, install the purlins in sequence. While installing the purlins, measure the size of the color panel to prepare for the next installation of the color panel.

8. After the purlin is installed, its accessories should be ready, such as straight brace, diagonal brace casing, etc. The horizontal support should be installed when the roof beam is installed and tightened.

9. If installed according to the above procedures, ensure that it is horizontal and vertical. During the hoisting process, there should be a crane commander. If conditions do not permit, the crane driver can do the same.

10. To carry out construction under the premise of ensuring safety, there should be professional commanders on site.

11. With the steel structure part of the colored board, first measure the required length of the colored board, calculate the number of pieces, and make a material plan in advance. The length of the board is required to overlap the purlin, which is convenient for fixing the single tile.
